Hi friends! Welcome to Little Love Collective! I'm Michele and this is my daughter, Isla. She is now a teenager, and I am now...older, ha. I've always called her my "little love", so that's where our name comes from. We decide everything together - from the names, to the scents, to the packaging.
We started our mother-daughter business in 2022 with organic sugar scrubs (which we bring back in the colder months), and we added nontoxic candles in late 2025.
Ever since I was a teenager, I looked for products that were cruelty-free and as good for me as possible.
We started with sugar scrubs because many of them have unnecessary chemicals, and my daughter uses them daily. I wanted there to be better options. Ours are made with only five ingredients, all of them organic.
As for candles, I grew up having headaches when candles were burning, so I thought it was just me. I would ask Isla to blow out any candles she was burning almost as soon as she lit them because my headaches would come on so fast.
So, we decided to do something about it.
We did a ton of research and found formulas and suppliers we trust, and after months of testing, we shared our candles with the world. They are phthalate, mutagen, and carcinogen-free. And I have no more headaches.
