Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may accept returns of unused and unburned products. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned or used.
